I have the caseit binder, it has a handle and a strap. It is a little more expensive but I LOVEEEEE it and being able to? sling it over my shoulder is perfect!

@ShaunieceCooks The baseallcard holders are located with the baseball/trading card storage in the front of the store. Just ask one the cashiers or store clerks. Great price on the binder. My binder cost $10.00 @ walmart we still can’t find the baseball cards holder We just put the smaller pair of? scissors in our binder that we got from cvs for free this week..
